Not to be rude, but where did you get your facts? Reading your article I found it fascinating when you stated "173 new inventions by women for cars had been reported. Among these inventions were a carburetor and an electric engine starter."
The electric starter was invented by Charles Kettering in 1912 and Karl Benz invented the carburetor in 1885. Both men. I'm not a sexist just curious why you would attribute such inventions to women? Not that it makes a difference, I just don't get it.
